Very poor service, automated phone service with multiple call backs to get in touch with someone. Tony would tell me there was a driver assigned and pick up was scheduled for late in the day. They had the pick up order since March 12th and March 21 it is still not picked up. My VISA credit card number was charged $1,167.00 when they said a $200 deposit would be processed; fully refundable. VISA confirmed that AAA Auto Transport Inc. did charge the total amount of the quote with no attempt to pick up my vehicle.
